A local heating and air company, built around prevention

On Time Air started in 2019. Bryan Donaldson bought the company in 2022, bringing more than thirty years in the HVAC trade with him. He is the license holder, EPA Universal and DET certified, and factory trained on Goodman, the equipment we install, and he lives on Wilmington Island — which means the salt air that corrodes your condenser is working on his too.

He still works in the field. That is not a marketing line; it is why the company has the habits it has. People who are on the roof in July do not invent processes that sound good on a website and fall apart on a job.

Emergency service is the most profitable thing a heating and air company can sell. We decided not to build on it. Almost every overnight failure we are called about started months earlier as something a maintenance visit catches: a drain line closing up, a capacitor drifting out of spec, a coil so dirty the system has been quietly running at seventy percent.

So our effort and our money go into twice-a-year maintenance, and our technicians go home at five and sleep. A rested technician does better work on your system in the morning than an exhausted one does at 3am, and you are the one who lives with the difference.

After hours our phone assistant answers, takes down what is happening and hands it to the team first thing.
