How this site was built

• Text and background colors are checked against WCAG contrast ratios, including the lighter text on dark sections.
• Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focus outline is deliberately visible rather than removed.
• Headings follow a real document structure, so screen-reader users can navigate by heading rather than reading every page top to bottom.
• Images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology rather than announced as noise.
• Form fields have real labels attached to them, and errors are announced rather than shown only as a color change.
• Expandable sections use native browser elements, so they work even if scripts fail to load.
• Animation is minimal, and it is switched off entirely for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion.
• Pages are readable when text is enlarged and when the window is narrow, without content disappearing or overlapping.

Service at your home

Tell us when you book if there is something we should know: an entrance that works better, a doorbell that cannot be heard, a need for extra notice before we arrive, or a preference for written rather than spoken explanations. Our technicians take photos of what they find on every visit, and we are glad to send those and a written summary instead of explaining it at the door.
