Duct cleaning, with an inspection first
Duct cleaning is the easiest service in this trade to oversell, so we inverted it: the inspection comes first and you see the photos. If your ducts are clean, we will tell you and you keep your money. If they are not, you will know exactly why before you spend anything.

What the inspection covers
- Camera pass through accessible supply and return runs
- Photos of what is actually inside the ductwork
- Check for disconnected, crushed or leaking sections
- Look for moisture, biological growth and insulation damage
- A written report with the photos and a clear quote, or a clear no
When ducts genuinely need cleaning
- You bought a house and nobody knows when the system was last serviced
- Visible dust discharge from the registers, or dust that returns days after cleaning
- Renovation or construction dust got into the system
- Evidence of rodents or insects in the ductwork
- Moisture or musty smell when the system starts
How we clean
We clean with positive pressure rather than pulling a vacuum on the system. Suction methods can collapse flex duct and tear seams on older runs; pushing the debris out instead moves it without stressing the ductwork. Registers and boots are cleaned by hand, drop cloths stay down the whole time, and we photograph before and after. Leaks we find get fixed or flagged rather than cleaned around.

Questions about duct cleaning
Does duct cleaning help allergies?
It helps when the ducts are genuinely dirty or holding biological growth. It does nothing for pollen coming through an open door. We will tell you which situation you are in — that is what the inspection is for.
How often should ducts be cleaned?
There is no calendar answer. Most homes go many years between cleanings. Condition decides, not the date, which is why we look first.
