AC repair in Savannah and the islands
A coastal summer does not forgive a weak capacitor. When your air conditioning quits, you get a technician who checks the whole system instead of swapping the first part that looks tired, a written flat-rate price before any work begins, and photos of whatever caused it.

What usually brings us out
- Air is running but it is not cold, or it cannot catch up after 3pm
- Water pooling near the indoor unit or a full drain pan
- Ice on the refrigerant line set or the indoor coil
- A new sound: buzzing, grinding, rattling, a hard click at startup
- The system cycles on and off every few minutes
- The power bill climbed but nothing about the house changed
- Thermostat says cooling and nothing happens
A clogged condensate drain is the single most common reason we get called out here. Humidity plus a year of dust turns a quarter-inch line into a plug, and the safety switch does its job and shuts the system down.
How the visit goes
- You call or text. We do not hand out four-hour arrival windows. The most urgent calls go first and we tell you where you stand as you move up. If you need a time you can plan around, ask for the 8am slot.
- We diagnose. Your technician reads the whole system — refrigerant charge, electrical, airflow, drain, blower — so the repair fixes the cause and not the symptom.
- You get a flat rate. One price for the repair, written down, approved by you. No hourly meter running while we work.
- We repair, test and clean up. Then we walk you through what failed, what we did, and what we would keep an eye on.
Repair or replace: we will tell you straight
If a repair is the right money, we repair it. If your system is past fifteen, needs a compressor or a coil, or has had you on the phone three times this year, we will put the replacement numbers next to the repair numbers and let you decide with both in front of you.
- Usually worth repairing: capacitors, contactors, fan and blower motors, drain lines, thermostats, sensors, most electrical parts on a system that is otherwise sound.
- Worth a hard look: a failed compressor or a leaking evaporator coil on an older system, especially one still running R-22.

“Our AC stopped working around noon, and with temperatures already over 90 degrees, we knew we needed help fast… They had Chris at our home within an hour of our call… we signed up for their twice-yearly maintenance plan before Chris left.”
“Very transparent. Explained all my required repairs and provided a per repair breakdown for full consideration… Don't get ripped off, call these guys first.”
“After returning home from a trip, I walked into a hot house and realized my AC wasn't working. Even with everything he had going on, he took the time on a weekend to walk me through the troubleshooting process.”
Questions about ac repair
Do you charge for a diagnosis?
You get a flat-rate price for the diagnostic visit before we come out, and the price for any repair before we start it. Nothing gets added after the fact.
Do you work after hours or on weekends?
We run Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, and we are honest about it. We would rather prevent a 2am failure than charge you a premium for one. After hours our phone assistant takes the details and the team picks it up first thing.
Do you repair every brand?
Yes — all major brands. We are factory trained on Goodman and carry common parts on the truck.
Need service this week?
We run Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00. Need a time you can plan around? Ask for the 8am appointment.
