We are a small heating and air company on Wilmington Island with an unusual policy: no overnight emergency rotation. If you are good at this trade and tired of being woken up, we should talk.
What we offer
- No 2am on-call rotation — we close at five and we mean it
- Team training every Tuesday at 8am, on the clock
- Stocked trucks, so you are not driving across the county for a capacitor
- Factory training on Goodman, the equipment we actually install
- A small team where the customer knows your name and asks for you
- Flat-rate pricing, so you are never arguing with a homeowner about the meter
What we look for
- Care about doing it right over doing it fast
- Willingness to show the customer what you found, in plain words
- A clean driving record, because we check them every year
- EPA certification, or the willingness to earn it
- Comfort with attics and crawlspaces in a Georgia July — we will not pretend otherwise
Open roles
We hire service technicians and installers as the work grows, and we will always talk to a good one even when nothing is posted. There is no portal and no tracking system here.
