Terms of service
What you can expect from us, and what we need from you, when you use this website or hire us to work on your system.
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms apply to this website and to work performed by On Time Air LLC, a licensed Georgia heating and air contractor, license CR110616. Using this site means you accept the website terms; hiring us means you accept the service terms as well.
1. Using this website
The content here is for information. Prices, offers and availability shown on this site can change, and an error on a page does not create an obligation to honor a price that was published by mistake. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis of your system. Troubleshooting articles describe common situations; your equipment may differ, and you use that information at your own risk.
Do not use this site to transmit anything unlawful, to attempt unauthorized access, or to scrape it in a way that burdens the service. The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission.
2. Requesting service
Submitting a form, calling or texting 912-210-4901 is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A visit is scheduled when we confirm it with you directly. We schedule by priority rather than by arrival window: the most urgent calls go first and we keep you updated. Where an exact time matters, ask for an 8am appointment.
Our business hours are monday–friday, 8:00–5:00. We do not offer 24-hour emergency service. Messages left outside business hours are handled when we open.
3. Estimates and flat-rate pricing
- Diagnostic and repair work is quoted at a flat rate. You receive the price before the work begins and the work does not start until you approve it.
- A quote covers the work described in it. If we open a system and find a different or additional problem, we stop, show you, and quote that separately for your approval.
- Replacement quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Equipment availability and manufacturer pricing can change.
- Offers and discounts cannot be combined with each other unless we say so in writing, and any stated expiration applies.
4. Access, safety and site conditions
We need safe access to the equipment: a clear path to the attic, crawlspace, closet or outdoor unit, pets secured, and an adult present or reachable where decisions may be needed. We may decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe — standing water, live exposed wiring, structural problems, pest infestation, or an attic too hot to work in safely — and we will explain why.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions we did not cause, including aged ductwork that fails when disturbed, drywall or paint around equipment we service, rusted pans, or the condition of a system we have not maintained. Where we can see a risk before starting, we will tell you about it first.
5. Warranties
- Equipment: new equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer sets those terms, and most require documented maintenance to stay in force. We register your equipment for you.
- Our workmanship: we stand behind the work we perform. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did it, call us and we will make it right.
- Parts: replacement parts carry whatever warranty the part manufacturer provides.
- We cannot warrant work performed by others, equipment we did not install, or damage caused by power events, storms, flooding, pests, neglect or tampering.
Specific warranty periods for your job are stated on your invoice or quote. That document governs.
6. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. For replacement installations, a deposit may be required to order equipment and the balance is due at completion. Financing, when used, is a contract between you and the lender, not with us. Returned payments and past-due balances may incur fees as permitted by Georgia law.
7. Maintenance plans
Maintenance plans are described on the maintenance plans page, and the plan you select, its price and its inclusions are part of these terms. Plans bill monthly or annually as you choose, cover one system each, and provide two visits per plan year. Benefits such as the repair discount and priority scheduling apply while the plan is active and paid. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our refund policy.
8. Rescheduling and missed appointments
Let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule, and we will do the same for you. If a technician arrives for a confirmed appointment and cannot access the equipment, we may charge for the trip. We will always try to reach you before that happens.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent Georgia law allows, our liability for any claim related to our work is limited to the amount you paid us for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income, spoiled food, hotel costs or temporary equipment rental. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Resolving a problem
Call us first. Most issues are resolved on a phone call or a return visit, and that is by far the fastest path for both of us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Chatham County, Georgia.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page will say when. The terms in force when your work was performed are the ones that apply to that work.
